Explanation of the rules do not flow in a intuitive manner. Was given a 5 star review? Was that by the game designer/publisher? Consider this game for newcomers to wargaming; as long as the typos and grammar are corrected. Consider this game as a filler between other activities. Low counter density is a plus.
